Why Mental Health First Aid training?

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. The two-day Adult MHFAider® courses are tailored around supporting adults, and can be attended by anyone from age 16 upwards. Every MHFA course is delivered by a qualified and quality assured instructor and at the end of the course the trainee will be fully qualified as a Youth/Adult MHFAider®.

We also offer the One Day - MHFA Champion Courses*. This one-day accredited course teaches you how to identify when a person might be experiencing a mental health issue and how to guide them to get the help they need. By prioritising MHFA training, organisations can create a more resilient and compassionate workforce, ultimately enhancing overall wellbeing and performance.
