Mental Health & Wellbeing I Education
Supporting Educational Settings
Mental health is an essential aspect of education and plays a crucial role in the overall well-being of students and staff. We believe that every student and staff member deserves the opportunity to thrive in a mentally healthy environment. Our goal is to create a culture of acceptance and understanding around mental health, and to provide the tools and resources necessary for individuals to reach their full potential.

We understand the importance of promoting mental wellness in schools and are committed to providing a wide range of services to support this goal. From student workshops to staff INSET training and mental health & wellbeing reviews for schools, we strive to create a culture of mental health awareness and support within the education system.
Services for educational settings include:

DSMHL Training
The highly acclaimed Designated Senior Mental Health Lead Training and Certificate is an extensive and authoritative training course that ensures schools/colleges have the most comprehensive, effective and financially viable whole-school/college approach to mental health and wellbeing in place. From September 2021, this course will be fully funded by the DfE for eligible schools and colleges.

Parental Workshops
Our workshops are designed to educate parents about mental health and how they can support their children's well-being. Throughout the workshop we will provide practical tips and resources.

Staff Wellbeing
We offer a range of staff wellbeing programmes from standalone workshops to long term wellbeing courses.

Staff INSET Training
We offer in-house staff training sessions and key topic workshops which usually take 1.5 to 2 hours but can be tailored to suit your requirements, and all of our training courses can either be delivered face-to-face or live-online, depending on your preference.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. We offer both Adult and Youth MHFA Courses.

Supervision
Supervision is ultimately about improving outcomes for the children and young people we work with by supporting DSLs, DDSLs or DSMHLs and maintaining professional standards by providing a safe space for supervisees to reflect on, and respond to, cases, tasks and circumstances that are presenting within their role.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Review
Our bespoke and highly-rated Mental Health and Wellbeing External Review service enables you to independently evaluate and improve the mental health and wellbeing provision within your organisation.

Student Workshops
We offer a full range of workshops, interventions and long-term programmes focused on educating young people about positive mental health and wellbeing and can work with you to deliver highly effective mental health and wellbeing education in the most cost-effective way.

Strategic Support
We regularly provide bespoke strategic support to support the many schools and colleges that we work with.
