Alternatively if you would like to book an individual place on our open courses (Designated Senior Mental Health Lead, Mental Health First Aid or a Safer Recruitment Course) you can do so via the Courses page.
  • How do I apply for DFE Funding for the Designated Senior Mental Health Lead Course?
    If you’d like to secure your place on our Designated Senior Mental Health Lead Course (DSMHL) course, please follow these steps to ensure you access funding: 1. Check the eligibility of your school or college on the Department for Education’s terms and conditions 2. Complete the DfE grant funding form 3. Receive confirmation email from DfE 4. Book and pay for your place with us on the DSMHL course 5. Upload evidence of your booking to DfE 6. Receive funding from DfE You can view further information regarding DFE funding here.
  • Where can I find more detail about your services?

  • What mental health courses do you deliver?
    We offer a range of mental health courses such as Youth/Adult Mental Health First Aid, one day Mental Health Champion and half day Mental Health Awareness courses. You can view further information including cost and course content here.
  • Are your services online or in-person?
    At Brightcore Consultancy, we strive to provide our customers with the flexibility and convenience they need. Therefore, we offer a variety of delivery options for our services, including online and in-person options. If you have a preference for a specific delivery method for a service that is not listed on our website, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at connect@brightcoreconsultancy or through our online enquiry form.
  • How can I pay for a course?
    If you are booking a course you can register and pay online via our course page. However if you would prefer to pay via invoice this option will be given to you on our course page.
  • How can i view upcoming course dates?
    You can view all of our upcoming ‘open’ course dates here, however if you would like to book a bespoke or ‘inhouse’ course/service please get in touch.
