Where to begin. Ollie and Anisha were fantastic from start to finish. They explained the functions of Zoom to all at the beginning which is great if you are only used to using Teams. It felt relaxed and comfortable without seeming to regimented. The speakers were so inspiring and open. Normally with topics of this nature you find it difficult to find the balance, however they all delivered such different techniques. I couldn't of asked for a better session and I know all the delegates we invited really enjoyed the day. I look forward to working with them both again !
